In my previous post, I discussed what effective calls to action you can use and how to use them to get maximum results. In this latest installment of Copywriting Basics for Kids Entertainers, I’ll go into another batch of words that you need to incorporate in your website or marketing copy so you can score more gigs.
We kids entertainers are consumers ourselves. Before purchasing anything from breakfast cereals, to phones, to cars, we consider different brands or models first and weigh their value. Our potential clients are no different. They go over our credentials as well as our competitors’ and evaluate who is the best man or woman for the job.
And to get them to pick you, you have to convince them that you do deliver—and even over-deliver. They’ll measure you foremost by your results, so you need those glowing customer reviews. Pictures and video clips of your performances and delighted audiences will also sway them greatly to your favour.
But aside from these, you’ll also help your potential clients to decide to hire you by using certain words that assure them you do get results—desirable results. So if you’re creating some content for your website or marketing materials, be sure to insert these words in your copy and you’ll instantly see how they make you look sharper and more impressive to your potential clients.
