Who Is the Most Popular Entertainer at a Kids Party?

We here at Kids Entertainer Hub wanted to know the answer to this question. We started researching but all we could find was what other entertainers thought, so we commissioned a paid survey of 1001 women aged 25 to 44 years.

We now have a clearer idea of what a parent thinks about when booking children’s entertainment.

In the survey, the respondents were given these choices:

  • face painter
  • characters (fairy, super hero, clown)
  • magician
  • jumping castle
  • balloon twister / sculptor
  • cartoon artist
  • petting zoo

The Number 1 Spot Goes To…

Hands down, the most popular form of kids entertainment with mums is the Jumping Castle. In fact, nearly half of the total number of respondents opted for it.

Coming in second and third place overall are face painters and entertainers who play different characters.

Methodology

Conducted by the Google Consumer Surveys from August 30 to September 1, 2015, the survey was published and answered mostly on news websites (54.2 percent), as well as mobile apps, arts and entertainment pages, and other online avenues.

The survey results also showed how many of the respondents were from urban, suburban, rural, and unknown areas.
