    It’s funny. I came from the world of TV before kids entertaining and we worked with actors a lot and no actor would ever think of doing a stage production without the keen eye of a director to guide them, to tell them their blind spots. Yet in kids entertaining we think (me included) are super heroes and can do it all: direct our own shows, makes our own websites, design our own costumes etc
